What the Role Entails:

As a Brand & Communication Generalist, you’ll wear many hats, each contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand. Your mission? To ensure that our brand speaks consistently across all channels and that our communication is both impactful and authentic. Whether it’s creating engaging marketing materials or executing strategic communication plans, you’ll be at the core of driving our brand forward.

• Brand Stewardship: You will safeguard our brand's integrity, ensuring that our identity is consistently applied across all touchpoints, both internally and externally.
•  Communication: You’ll craft messages that resonate, guiding both internal stakeholders and external audiences with clear, engaging, and effective communication strategies.
• Content Creation: From social media posts to website copy, you’ll develop content that captivates and informs, making sure our message reaches the right people at the right time.
• Project Leadership: Whether it’s launching a new product or leading a key event, you’ll take charge of marketing initiatives, ensuring everything is executed flawlessly.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll help elevate the brand through innovative projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative marketer with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles and an eye for trends that set us apart.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Graphic design skills that make people stop and stare.
• Exceptional time management and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who's great at sticking to and keeping the tone of our brand identity guide.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in the marketing field.
• Proven track record in creating and editing standout marketing materials, including visuals, videos, and brochures.
